Ceremonies may be conducted in English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, or an approved bilingual combination, subject to confirmed qualified staffing for your date.
Standard single-language ceremony scripts are included with every package where qualified staffing is available — at no language surcharge.
A full Spanish ceremony, or a bilingual ceremony with alternating sections, translated declarations, and family acknowledgments.
A full Haitian Creole ceremony, or an English/Creole bilingual structure so every guest understands the moment.
Your inquiry form asks for your ceremony language and your communication language separately — they don’t have to match. Custom vow translation and native-speaker review are available as add-ons.
We confirm which officiant will serve you — and in which language — before you sign anything.
We serve these communities and the surrounding Central Florida area. Orlando and Tampa-area locations may carry a travel fee. Not sure where to hold your ceremony? Choose “Help us choose” on the form and we’ll suggest options that fit your guest count and budget.
Venue admission, park permits, beach permits, parking, lodging, and other third-party charges are separate unless expressly included in your agreement. Your Florida marriage-license fee is paid by you to the clerk and is never included in a package price.
Some locations require reservations, permits, or vendor approval. We’ll tell you what a location needs before you commit to it.
Yes — for a legal marriage in Florida, you obtain the license yourselves from any Florida county clerk before your ceremony, and bring the valid, effective, unexpired license with you on the day. We complete the officiant’s section and follow the clerk’s return procedure.
We offer marriage-license guidance, not legal advice. The issuing clerk is always the authority on current requirements and fees.
A Florida marriage license is generally valid throughout the state. The practical limit is the location itself: parks, beaches, gardens, and private venues can require reservations, permits, admission fees, or approval of outside vendors.
Tell us where you’re imagining and we’ll tell you what it takes to marry there.
Follow the guidance your issuing county clerk gives you when you obtain your license — they set the requirement, and we won’t add conditions they haven’t imposed. If your license requires witness signatures, bring the witnesses; if you need help arranging one, ask us.
English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, and confirmed bilingual combinations of those — English/Spanish or English/Haitian Creole. Availability depends on qualified staffing for your specific date, which we confirm before you sign anything.
A standard single-language ceremony is never surcharged for choosing Spanish or Haitian Creole. Bilingual and custom-translation pricing reflects the extra writing, review, and rehearsal involved.
Yes, and we encourage it. If you’d like help, we offer writing support and custom vow translation reviewed by a native speaker, so you can say your vows in the language that means the most to you.
As many as you like — we don’t cap guest counts on any experience. Invite two people or fifty.
The practical limit is your location, not your package: parks, venues, and private properties set their own capacity, and some require reservations or permits for larger groups. Tell us roughly how many people you’re expecting and we’ll make sure the location and our coverage fit the day.
We agree on a backup location with you in advance, and your agreement sets a weather decision deadline before the ceremony along with the rescheduling terms. Florida weather is part of planning here, not a surprise — we plan for it with you.
Our target schedule is previews within 72 hours, edited photos within 14 days, and films within 21 days. Your agreement states the delivery schedule that applies to your booking.
No. Your license fee is paid directly to the county clerk. Venue costs, permits, parking, and third-party vendor fees are also separate unless your agreement expressly includes them.
Three things, in order: we confirm availability, you sign the agreement, and you pay the retainer. Only then is your date reserved.
Submitting the inquiry form does not reserve your date — it starts the conversation so we can check availability for you.
We conduct religious, spiritual, blended, and entirely secular ceremonies. Tell us what your families expect and what feels right to you, and we’ll shape the script around it.
No. A vow renewal is a symbolic celebration of a marriage you already have, so no new marriage license is generally required — and a renewal is not a new legal marriage. Every package works for a renewal; just select “Vow renewal” on the form.
Tell us when, where, and how you imagine saying “I do.” We’ll confirm availability and recommend the right experience.
