This notice explains what Ever After by Mirai collects through this website, why, and how long we keep it. It covers the website only — the agreements you sign when you book describe how we handle your booking.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the date-inquiry form, we collect:
- Your name or names, email address, and mobile phone number
- Your preferred contact method
- Your preferred and alternate dates, preferred time, and location or city
- Your estimated guest count and the experience you selected
- Your ceremony language and your communication language
- Whether you are planning a legal wedding or a vow renewal
- Any add-ons you marked as interesting, and anything you write in the free-text field
- How you heard about us
- Your consent choices
We ask only for what we need to check availability and recommend the right experience. Please don’t send sensitive information — immigration documents, financial account numbers, health information — through this form. We don’t need it and we don’t want to hold it.
Information collected automatically
We record which page you arrived on, the referring website, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term). This tells us which ads and channels actually help couples find us.
Our analytics never receive your name, email address, phone number, or anything you typed into the free-text field. When we record a form error, we record which field had a problem — never what you entered in it.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and check availability for your date
- To recommend an experience and, if you decide to book, send you an agreement and retainer link
- To measure which ads, languages, and pages bring in couples we can actually serve
- To send you optional marketing — only if you separately checked that box
Your inquiry consent and your marketing consent are separate. Declining marketing never affects your inquiry, and you can opt out of marketing at any time by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link in an email.
Who processes it
- Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions. Your submission is stored in our Netlify account and emailed to us.
- TODO: your website analytics provider, once selected.
- TODO: Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising and measurement, once your consent approach is configured.
- TODO: your CRM or email tool, if and when you add one.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and tracking
This site keeps your campaign tags in your browser’s session storage so your inquiry is credited to the right ad. Your browser clears that when you close the tab. If we add advertising or analytics cookies, this section and our consent controls will be updated before they load.
How long we keep it
TODO: state your retention period for inquiries that do not become bookings, and for records connected to a booking. Both should be periods you can genuinely enforce.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it
- Ask us to delete your inquiry
- Withdraw marketing consent at any time
- Ask that your photos never appear in our portfolio — portfolio permission is always separate and optional
