Website terms & service disclaimers

These terms cover the website

This page governs your use of this website. The agreement you sign when you book governs your wedding — scope, deliverables, turnaround, retainer, balance, cancellation, weather, rescheduling, travel, permits, releases, and limitation terms all live there. Where the two differ, your signed agreement controls.

Submitting the form does not reserve a date

An inquiry starts a conversation. It does not reserve a date and does not guarantee a location, an officiant, a photographer, a language, a permit, or any service. Your date is reserved only after all three of these:

  • We confirm availability
  • You sign the agreement
  • We receive the required retainer

About our prices

Every price published on this site is a starting price. Travel, permits, location, custom writing, translation, staffing, and guest count all affect the final quote. Your written quote and agreement state your actual price.

We do not cap guest counts, but your location may — venues, parks, and private properties set their own capacity and permit rules, and a larger group can affect staffing and therefore your quote.

Venue admission, park and beach permits, parking, lodging, your Florida marriage-license fee, and partner-vendor costs are separate unless we expressly name them as included.

About our deliverables

Published photo and video quantities are minimum targets, not a guarantee that any specific moment, pose, or person will be captured. We deliver professional coverage, not an exhaustive record.

Drone coverage, livestreaming, and outdoor coverage depend on weather, safety, applicable law, permits, and connectivity at your location. If conditions make one of these unsafe or unlawful on your day, we cannot provide it, and your agreement governs what happens next.

Delivery timelines published on this site are our targets. Your agreement states the delivery schedule that applies to your booking.

Marriage licenses

We provide marriage-license guidance, not legal advice. You obtain your own valid Florida marriage license from a county clerk and bring it, unexpired and effective, to your ceremony. Our officiant completes the officiant’s section and follows the required return procedure. The issuing clerk is the authority on current requirements, fees, waiting periods, and witness rules.

A vow renewal is a symbolic celebration of an existing marriage. It is not a new legal marriage and generally requires no new license.

Partner vendors

Florals, decor, and similar add-ons may be fulfilled by partner vendors. Seasonal substitutions are permitted. We coordinate these on your behalf but do not guarantee the performance of third parties beyond what your agreement states.

Images on this site

Our launch gallery includes styled editorial work, labeled as such. We never present decorative or generated imagery as a real client result. Real client work appears here only with written permission, and portfolio permission is always separate from your booking agreement — declining it never affects your service.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your inquiry. Marketing texts require the separate opt-in on the form and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
